Return & Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and would like to return the item for a refund, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery and 30 days to initiate an exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, and sent back in its original packaging. Any order returned without its original packaging is subject to a $5-20 restocking fee.

Exclusions:

Returns and exchanges are accepted for the majority of our products with the exception of the followings:

Clearance items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items marked down 25% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any Digital Download purchase cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
Personalized/Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
An exchanged item or an item purchased on store credit is not eligible for return/refund or exchange.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the product. Product must be in its original condition and in its original packaging.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been received, inspected and processed at our warehouse, typically within 5-7 business days. Then, we will begin the refund process.

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Accentera Decor has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Accentera Decor does not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. These responsibilities are those of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

When initiating a return from abroad, it’s crucial to adhere to the steps outlined below.

You must begin the return process within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for a return shipping cost of the product.

Please be aware that Accentera Decor isn’t liable for the return shipping costs or for items that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, including international packages that fail to return successfully. These risks are solely the customer’s responsibility, so we highly advise utilizing a secure, traceable return service.

Should you need a customs declaration form, it’s essential to accurately label the goods as “Returned Item” to avoid extra customs charges. If an item is improperly labeled and incurs customs fees, it will be sent back to you. If there’s any confusion about completing the customs form, we recommend consulting with the relevant customs or postal authorities before sending your return.

Please NOTE that:

Failure to include a complete order number with your return may lead to delays in processing your refund, or your package being sent back to you in certain cases.
Returns initiated after the 14-day period are eligible for store credit only.
Allow 5-7 days for the processing of your refund once we receive your return.
Refunds for undamaged, unused, and properly returned items will be processed back to the original payment method used by the customer.

Exchange Policy

US DOMESTIC & CANADA EXCHANGE

We accept exchange if you wish to exchange to a different color of the same product. Exchange must be made within 30 days of order delivered. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

We don’t accept exchange of damaged, used products. An order number must be included with your return package to avoid any process delay. We recommend you to use a tracking service, and Accentera Decor is not responsible for any lost packages.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE

We accept international exchange if you wish to exchange to a different color of the same product. Additional charges may apply. Exchange must be made within 30 days of order delivered. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

We will cover the shipping cost to send the exchanged item for item amount above $150. For the amount below $150, we will charge the shipping cost to send the exchanged item to the customer.

Returning Faulty Goods

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or open please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs of postage to return the goods and issue a re-delivery.

Faulty items will only be accepted for return if the goods have been delivered to the customer damaged. All items that are returned as faulty will be assessed by Accentera Decor, and any item displaying damage that is deemed to be a direct result of fair wear or accidental damage will not be accepted as faulty.

Order Cancellations

Please note that any Digital Download purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.
For personalized/customized order, we can only cancel if the order hasn’t been processed. Once it’s been processed, we cannot cancel or refund.
