For personalized/customized order, we can only cancel if the order hasn’t been processed. Once it’s been processed, we cannot cancel or refund.

We accept exchange if you wish to exchange your purchase to a different color of the same product. However, it is your responsibility to ship the item you want to exchange back to us. In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
