Shipping Policy
US DELIVERY
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above $75. Most products ship free with standard delivery method. Expedited Shipping may not be available for all products. Please check the product description details for available shipping options.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. Standard shipping will take 6-10 business days, and Expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days to arrive. All shipping comes with tracking. You will receive the tracking number once the product is shipped.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Currently, we ship to Canada, Europe, and Australia. Shipping time varies, and may take up to 21 business days. May subject to fees such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. The customer is responsible for paying the additional fees. These charges can vary widely and are often based on the import policy, taxes, duties and fees of the destination country, the price, package weight and dimensions.

**We understand that circumstances may arise where you choose to decline the delivery or leave an in-stock package unclaimed. If such a situation arises, a refund will be initiated once the package is successfully returned to our facility. It is important to note that a standard restocking fee of $15 along with any additional fees incurred will also be deducted from your refund.
These fees are intended to cover the additional costs associated with return shipping and handling, which are directly incurred as a result of the decision to reject or not claim the package. The original shipping cost, restocking fee, and any additional return costs will be deducted from your refund. We cannot refund orders that are declined but not successfully returned to us.
**If you decline a personalized/custom order package or leave the package unclaimed, we unfortunately are unable to refund you on both the purchase price and the shipping cost. If you have any issues with your order, we encourage you to contact our customer service at contact@accenteradecor.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

INCOMPLETE/ INACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR NAME
For domestic orders, if you choose to cancel an order that is successfully returned to us due to an incorrect address or name provided, an $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. For international orders, both the shipping cost and a $15 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Personalized/Custom orders items are not eligible for refunds should the package be successfully returned to us. Our customer service team will reach out to you regarding the redelivery.
Please note that we do not issue refunds on both domestic and international orders that are not successfully returned to us due to an incorrect address or name provided by the customer.

**For both domestic and international orders, in the event of an order being returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address or name provided by the customer, or if left unclaimed, the full cost of redelivery is the customer’s responsibility.
**Please note that we are not liable for any losses incurred if the customer has provided incorrect details for their order. Accentera Decor also reserves the right not to issue a refund on orders never received due to incorrect details being provided.

ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT
We will ensure that each order arrives to our customers safely. Thus, you can request replacements or a refund when an order is considered lost. An order is considered lost when there is 1) no tracking update in the past 7 days and 2) delivery time exceeds the below timelines.

FOR ORDERS DELIVERED BUT NEVER RECEIVED
If your order tracking shows your order was delivered but nothing was received, kindly check all possible locations such as mailboxes, porches, neighbors or persons in your household first. If your package is still nowhere to be found, please contact us. Please note that orders show as delivered but were never received are not eligible for a refund.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE
Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to intercept, reroute, or make changes to its destination or delivery address. However, you can contact the courier directly to provide them with information regarding your order to see if they can reroute the package to a new address.
We reserve the right not to issue a refund on orders never received due to changes in the delivery address.
SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES
Accentera Decor is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that we are not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company.
If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being delivered to the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
CONCEALED DAMAGE OR LOSS
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, we understand that concealed damage or loss can sometimes occur. Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive. If you discover any damage or loss, it must be reported immediately within 10 days of final delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and send a replacement.
Please note that any damage or loss discovered or reported 10 days or more after final delivery will be considered to have occurred after delivery and is not responsible by Accentera Decor.
